Please also consider the method of you teaching when applying yourself to projects that are very emotional. Some method to reflect on below.
Conservatism: learning centred on individuals fitting into society – reproduction of existing social and cultural values,
Liberal Humanism: learning is centred on individual differences, encouraging individuals to reach their full potential – learning programmes designed for individuals on the basis of their own interests,
Social Democracy: learning is about increasing the possibilities for all individuals to participate in society,
Neo-liberalism: focuses on the outcomes of an individual’s learning for economic purposes – e.g. learning is about learning how to be competitive and develop useful skills for the marketplace.
